These terms govern access to and use of ResponseFlow, including onboarding, dashboard access, acquisition workflows,
outreach tooling, reporting, billing, and connected integrations.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company,
you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service description
ResponseFlow provides software, automation, dashboards, and workflow tools intended to support inbound lead response,
follow-up, reporting, billing visibility, and related operating functions. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, maintain the security of connected inboxes and payment methods,
and notify us if you believe your account or integrations have been compromised.
4. Billing and subscription terms
Fees may include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe or other authorized processors.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes,
and related charges associated with your plan.
5. Setup and monthly fees
Setup work covers implementation and configuration. Recurring subscription fees cover ongoing platform access and operational functionality.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once the applicable setup work, billing period, or processed usage has begun.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with third-party systems, send unlawful communications, scrape data without authorization,
impersonate others, test credentials without permission, distribute malware, or access any tenant or account other than your own.
7. Customer responsibilities for outreach
You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of messages sent through your connected accounts, including compliance with email,
telemarketing, consumer protection, privacy, recordkeeping, and industry-specific obligations applicable to your business.
8. Third-party services
The platform may rely on Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Cloudflare, cloud providers, financial data services, and other third parties.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limits, or security events originating with those third-party providers.
9. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the software, design, workflows, documentation, and platform materials except for customer-owned data you submit.
You retain rights to your own content and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue results, reply rates, booked calls,
inbox deliverability, or uninterrupted availability. Outcomes depend on customer usage, data quality, external providers, and market conditions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResponseFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary,
or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the service. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed
the amount paid by you to ResponseFlow for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees,
or use the service in a way that could expose us, other customers, or providers to legal or operational harm.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the service, pricing, or these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may update the website,
platform notices, or other appropriate channels. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
