Open the workspace without extra provider friction.

The clean path is a secure emailed access link plus the workspace PIN. If the workspace already lives in Google, Google sign-in is still available. Everything else stays out of the way.

The dashboard PIN still stays in place after identity is confirmed, so the sign-in surface can stay simple.

Email access link Works now

Enter the workspace email and we will send a one-time secure link. After that, the workspace PIN is still required before anything opens.

Google workspace Available now

Use the Google account tied to the workspace email only if that mailbox already lives in Google.

Older workspace? Use password sign-in.

Only older workspaces still use this path. New sign-in should run through the access link or Google, followed by the dashboard PIN.
